Join by completing a member form on the Tony Bianco site here www.tonybianco.com.au or instore at checkout.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY DETAILS?
You can update them through the Tony Bianco iPhone App or by logging into the Tony Bianco website using your email and password.
If you have forgotten your details please follow the ‘forgot password’ prompts in the app or on the site. Staff in store will also be able to update your details at checkout.
HOW DO I GET REWARDS?
Receive a $20 reward when you spend $150
Receive a $30 reward when you spend $250
Receive a $100 reward when you spend $500
Rewards are earned on any spend online or instore, where the amount of money you spend exceeds $150 in one transaction after all discounts, exchanges, refunds and redemptions are applied.
You also receive $20 in the week prior to your birthday, if you have previously supplied us with your birthdate.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REWARDS TO BE ACTIVATED?
Rewards can take up to 24-48 hours to be put into your account.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY REWARDS ARE NOT VISIBLE WITHIN 48 HOURS?

CAN I EARN A REWARD IF I REDEEM A REWARD IN THE SAME TRANSACTION?
You can earn a reward if you redeem a reward in the same transaction, however you must spend over $150 after all redemptions, discounts, refunds, and exchanges have been applied.
CAN I REDEEM MY REWARD ONLINE?
Yes, at checkout you will have the option to use your reward(s) or redeem a reward.
CAN REWARDS BE USED ON SALE ITEMS?
Yes, rewards earned can be used on any Tony Bianco products.
WHAT ARE THE TIERS?
1. Standard - Member has spent $0-$499 in 365 days.
2. Gold - Member has spent $500 - $999 in 365 days.
3. Diamond - Members spend $1,000 & over in 365 days.
4. Platinum - Invite only
HOW DO I MOVE UP TO THE NEXT TIER?
You need to spend the required amount within 365 days of your purchase. It’s a moving tier and you’ll be moved along throughout your member lifecycle. Transactions that are no longer within the last 365 days will not be included in your running total used for calculating your current tier.
CAN I USE MY FRIENDS REWARDS + MY REWARDS IN THE SAME TRANSACTION?
No, rewards cannot be passed between members. You can only use rewards you have earned on your own account.
CAN I GET A STORE CREDIT FOR MY REWARDS?
Rewards cannot be exchanged for store credit.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY REWARDS FOR GIFT CARDS?
Gift cards cannot be purchased through earned rewards.

A valid and unique email address is a requirement of our loyalty program. When you earn rewards we need to be able to let you know - email is the quickest way for us to do this. Your mobile number is optional. But it does give us a convenient way to quickly identify you in store. If we can't reach you on your email address we may need to contact you via SMS or call you directly to administer your membership. However, we understand if you do not want to provide one.
HOW DO I LET TONY BIANCO KNOW WHEN MY DETAILS HAVE CHANGED?
Simply go to www.tonybianco.com.au and login to your profile. You can make any changes to your details by following the instructions on your member profile page. You can also email customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to have your details updated.
WILL MY PURCHASES APPEAR ON THE MEMBER WEBSITE?
No, your purchases will not appear at www.tonybianco.com.au. For purchase history, please contact email@example.com.
HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED OF ANY REWARDS?
You will be notified by email when you receive a new reward, and when any unused rewards are about to expire. So keep an eye on your inbox and check into your member profile page regularly. Your current rewards can also be viewed at any time on the Tony Bianco website or in our member iPhone app.
IF I RETURN AN ITEM WILL IT BE TAKEN FROM MY PURCHASE HISTORY?
Yes, once an item is returned it is removed from your purchase history and will not be included in qualifying you for rewards.
DOES PURCHASING A GIFT VOUCHER COUNT TOWARDS RECEIVING ANY REWARDS OR AFFECT MY STATUS?
No. Gift card purchases are not counted towards your purchase history and will not qualify you for any rewards.
WHEN I PURCHASE SOMETHING USING A GIFT VOUCHER DOES IT COUNT TOWARDS RECEIVING ANY REWARDS?
Yes, the value of any purchase goes towards your purchase history and may qualify you for a reward even if you use a gift card as part/all of your method of payment.
I HAVE SIGNED UP BUT AM NOT RECEIVING EMAILS
Check your junk folder to ensure that your Tony Bianco emails are not being classified as “junk”. You will need to mark these emails as “safe” in order to ensure they go straight to your inbox.
CAN I USE MY REWARDS AT MYER?
No. The Tony Bianco loyalty program is not valid at Myer.
CAN I USE MY REWARDS ON SHIPPING?
Unfortunately rewards can only be redeemed towards products, not services on the website including shipping. If when using a reward it takes you below $80 you will be required to pay the standard shipping cost of $9.95.
Terms and Conditions
1. "TONY’S WORLD" means the Tony Bianco loyalty program providing Members with access to exclusive benefits and rewards.
2. "Benefits" means any benefits given to the Members.
3. "Member" means individuals who sign up to Tony Bianco Loyalty.
4. "Member Profile" means the personal details of the Member which can be updated on the Member Website.
5. "Member Website" refers to the website tonybianco.com.au where details of the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program (including the most up to date Terms and Conditions) can be found.
6. "Tony Bianco" means Tony Bianco Pty Ltd ABN 81 107 137 182 or its authorised representatives.
7. "Redeem Rewards" means Members can redeem rewards against purchases.
8. "Rewards" refers to rewards given to Members as a consequence of purchasing behaviours, incentives and/or promotions. Members are notified of Rewards via email.
9. "Technical Issues" means the technical malfunction of any telephone network, connection or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or intranet site.
10. "Terms and Conditions" mean the Terms and Conditions set out in this agreement and as updated on the Member website.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Terms and Conditions set out in this document concern the operation of the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program, the use of the Tony Bianco Rewards, the Member Website and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program.
2. Individuals who join the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program and/or redeem rewards agree to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions.
3. The most current Terms and Conditions at any point in time can be found on the Tony Bianco website.
4. The Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by Tony Bianco in its absolute discretion. Despite anything to the contrary contained in this document, any modification to the Terms and Conditions may be applicable to a Member retrospectively.
5. Tony Bianco will not accept any liability for any email communication to any Member that is misdirected, lost or not received.
6. Tony Bianco will not accept any liability for any Technical Issues that may cause damage to any device related to or used in connection with the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program.
8. In its absolute discretion, Tony Bianco reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program at any time.
9. Tony Bianco will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program, including that incurred in the provision of rewards.
10. The Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with Rewards. In the event of any discrepancies, Tony Bianco’s decision in its absolute discretion will be final and binding.
11. Tony Bianco’s decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program is final and binding.
MEMBERS | MEMBERSHIP
1. An individual is deemed to be a Member of the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program when they sign up on the Member Website and activate their their account.
2. Activation of their account is deemed acceptance by the Member of the Terms and Conditions.
3. Membership of the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program is only open to individuals with a valid email address.
4. At any time, Members can only have one membership to the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program.
5. Tony Bianco reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership of the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program without prior notice or reason and in its absolute discretion.
6. Membership is not transferable.
7. It is the responsibility of the Member to update their membership profile.
8. A Member can at any time terminate their membership by providing written notice to Tony Bianco.
1. Members of the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program will be entitled to receive Benefits.
2. Tony Bianco reserves the right to vary and cancel upcoming and existing Benefits at any time and without notice.
3. Free shipping is as stated within the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion.
1. At its sole discretion, Tony Bianco may update a Member account with a Reward as a consequence of a purchasing behavior, incentive and/or promotional activities.
2. Tony Bianco will notify the Member via email of their entitlement to any Rewards.
3. Tony Bianco reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time.
4. Rewards are generally expressed in a monetary form - for example, a $30 Reward. However, in no way do rewards represent legal tender in any country.
5. Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments - including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, gift cards, cheques and credit notes.
6. Rewards can only been redeemed at Tony Bianco stores and online on the Tony Bianco website.
7. Tony Bianco reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed using Rewards.
8. If a Membership is terminated from the Tony Bianco Loyalty Program, all outstanding and future Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
9. Rewards are only able to be earned on strictly Tony Bianco products. Any other brands sold by Tony Bianco are not included in the loyalty program.
10. Rewards can take up to 48 hours before they are available for redemption.
11. All Rewards have an expiry date and at which point they will no longer be available for redemption.
12. Only Rewards from one Tony Bianco Member can be presented per transaction.
13. Tony Bianco will not be held responsible or liable if Rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a technical failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction.
14. Rewards cannot be redeemed at the same time as a Credit Note.
15. All rewards and codes issued before August 2014 are not able to be used and redeemed at any Tony Bianco retail stores, Myer Concessions and the online store.
