RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or refund on full price, unworn merchandise returned to our online store within 30 days of the order date.

For sale items, we will only exchange or credit your Tony Bianco account, providing the items are returned in original condition to our online store within 30 days of the order date.

For Made to order items we do not accept refunds, exchange less 30% RRP only.

The online returns policy does not apply to foot care, cosmetics, eyewear, hats, scarves, watches and jewellery. For the purchase of pre-orders, the 30 day period will apply from the dispatch date provided. Dates will vary per style.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received, this includes the shoe box. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. Tony Bianco recommends sending return parcels via Parcel Point. Click here to visit Parcel Point website. as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of booking through Parcel Point and proof of payment. Click here to visit Parcel Point website. If you cannot provide this information, Tony Bianco will not be held accountable for any losses.

Please note that if you choose to checkout as a guest, we will not have any of your personal information saved in our database. If you wish to return an item, you need to ensure that you include your order number and your contact details. This will ensure that the return is hassle free and faster, for your convenience. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once your order has been received at our head office your return request will be processed within 1 – 2 working days.

You will receive email confirmation from us either stating that your exchange has been dispatched or your refund/online credit has been processed.

For exchanges, please allow 2 – 3 working days for delivery unless otherwise specified. (If you require express post, please contact our customer service team prior to returning your order).

For refunds please allow up to 3 working days for your refund to be processed if you paid via credit card. For PayPal payments, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed. If you have requested an online credit, this will be processed instantly. You will also receive a CREDIT MEMO invoice via email. This is confirmation of what you returned and is NOT a credit note.

EXCHANGES

For exchange of size, colour or style, please note your request on your invoice (enclosed with your purchase) and please create your online return at Parcel Point

Once your return is received your exchange will be dispatched and email confirmation will be sent.

If the item you wish to exchange for is a higher price, you will be contacted to provide additional payment through credit card.

REFUNDS

To return merchandise for a refund, please book a return with Parcel Point. Click here to visit Parcel Point website. Please fill out your order details on your returns slip and what you are after. Once you have booked your return, please drop your item off at the Parcel Point location of choice that you made in your booking. Click here to visit Parcel Point website.  Please fill out your order details on your returns slip and what you are after. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as originally ordered). Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault

If you have paid for your online purchase using Afterpay, should your order be eligible for a return your initial payment will be refunded and the remainder (3 payments) will be cancelled at no charge.

If you wish to return a sale item you will be issued a credit to your Tony's World account to be used in-store and online for 6 months.The remainder AfterPay payments will still need to be paid in order to pay for that credit.

TONY BIANCO ONLINE CREDIT

To return merchandise for a refund, please book a return with Parcel Point. Click here to visit Parcel Point website. Please include a note stating your order number and that you require a credit to your online account. We will credit your online account with points to the dollar value of the item returned, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as originally ordered). These points expire within 6 months and can be used at both our online store at www.tonybianco.com and our Tony Bianco retail stores. Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

ONLINE RETURNS IN-STORE

You can exchange online transactions at any of our Boutique stores.

Terms and Conditions: The shoes must be in the original condition, and you must have your online invoice with you when you take it into store. You can return full priced online purchases for an in-store credit only which will be valid for 6 months. Please note that this excludes made to order styles, all accessories (foot care, bags, eyewear, hats, scarves, watches, jewellery) and sale items. Any customer who wishes to return their online transaction for a refund or online credit must return the item back to our online store. However please do note that accessories cannot be returned or exchanged through the online process as well, aside from bags.

Full priced Afterpay purchases can only be exchanged for another item of equal price or a credit note. The remainder AfterPay payments will still need to be paid in order to pay for the credit note that is issued.

Please note Tony Bianco Myer Concessions stores cannot accept online returns.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For all international returns, the customer is liable for the return fee to Tony Bianco for all requested refunds, credits or exchanges. If requesting an exchange, there will be an additional shipping charge of $30.00AUD for the exchange pair to be sent out.
